Calm Zone
Calm Zone is an app designed to work with wearable devices like smart bands and smartwatches, to monitor and track the user’s heart rate in real-time. When the app detects an elevated heart rate it sends a pop-up notification, encouraging you to take a moment for yourself - to pause and engage in a calming session to regain your mental balance. The app offers a range of relaxation techniques, such as guided meditation, soothing ambient sounds, breathing exercises, or even simple practices like counting to 10. All of these are aimed at reducing stress whenever needed.
